    Hi,

We've a site for a yoga studio and have found what we think could be a glitch in the plugin.

We have several services set up as yoga classes tought by a number of employees. Most of the classes are attended by standard amelia customers, but occasionally other empolyees also want to attend classes that they are not teaching. If they try to book onto a class whilst logged in to the site as an employee, they are unable to book on to any classes apart from their own. I can't see any reason for this to not work. If anything, I would be less surprised if they were unable to book onto their own class - but it's all the classes that they're not teaching on that they can't book on to. They get the error shown in the attached screen grab.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks

    Mike

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is because in Amelia you can not have multiple roles or you will create a conflict of roles. They need to book from the incognito mode or when they are not logged in and they need to use a new mail. They must not book with the same mail.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
