Heres a thought.. Maybe do a video showing the people that a NEW TO AMELIA.. how to access the customization section before they CANCEL!!
I've been trying to open the customization for over a week watching HOURS AND HOURS of videos that show you how to CUSTOMIZE AFTER THE FACT!
HOW DO I NSTALL THE UPGRADE to customize.? Do I need to upload a new plug? Do I uninstall and then re-install? )Tried that multiple times as well) None of the videos look like my version that i purchased. You state in the videos.. "Just go to Customize and it takes you here" and then you begin your tutorial.. Thats great for the folks that are able to figure out how to install the new version. My version is super limited even though I have upgraded. Ive read through the FAQ and tries all instructions.. MY BACK OFFICE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN OR ADJUST ANYTHING..
