is it possible add a background color and style in the Email Notifications templates?
I tried to add custom HTML code to the Email Notifications using the Html mode, but is not accepted and if I switch to the Text mode, I lost all the code.
What I would like to do is add a background color to the different Email Notifications and use some CSS for better formatting all the emails.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. For now this is not possible to set I'm afraid. Our developers are working on redesign of backend and this should be implemented in the near future will this be available with new backend I can not say but we can forward this suggestion to our developers internally but we can make any promsies and also we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
As I can see on your form and request form this function has been requested from along time, years!!!! It's crazy that you do not do anything about that!!
Thank you for your suggestion it has been forwarded to the appropriate sector. As mentioned the prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. We had dozens of features and improvements that had a lot higher number of votes and in time they were implemented one by one along with the redesign of Amelia.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Thanks, Marko,
In these days custom email is a priority and I really surprised that a so sophisticated plugin like AMELIA doesn't have this.
I will send this suggestion immediately.

Andrea
