We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Her online account shows 3:45
we changed her appt to 3:45 and her customer account changed to 2:45
when does the new update come out?
we don’t like to manually uninstall and reinstall as last time we lost our system for 3 days
It's the "new" account panel version for me - It does not apply the timezone correctly (only when using the panel timezone switcher!!). Please see images attached. Switch to "old" version of the panel in the meanwhile!

You do not need to manually update if you enabled automatic update settings in WordPress plugins section. And in case you do this issue is not related to Amelia in that case. Amelia is updated manually or automatically in a matter of seconds so if you experience any issues that last for days this due to some other issues on your site or with hosting provider not with Amelia. As for update it should be soon but we do not have the exact eta since we have national and religious holidays from 1 May to 6 May. But it should be soon.

You have older version of panel but when you have some question or issues please open your own ticket we do not want to disturb other users since they will get your question as well as our reply.
