I hope you are fine, almost a year ago we bought an standard Amelia plan with you. The account has the email [email protected] as user but actually this plan was made for one of our client's website (paraisohuatulco.com).
Originally the payment method was linked to one of our personal cards but we asked our client to update the payment method, they told us they did but we would like to be very sure about this checking with you if this was really done to avoid surprises in our personal card on may 1 which is the expiration date of the plan.
thanks for the help, I am bit worried since the payment should be on may 1 and you will be off many days, just need to know if the card now linked to the payment is different from a visa card ending 9338, if it is different then everything is ok :)

You are welcome. I suppose you mean the TMS store account email? Currently is assigned to [email protected], but if you want this to be changed, the owner of the license needs to send us an email to [email protected] from the email that was used during the purchase of the plugin.
The content should be that he/she agrees the ownership be transferred and indicates to which email we should change it.
When we see that email, we will make the transfer of the email address and we will reply to the email to notify the change.
