Sorry it still not working, could you re-open please. When I test adding a new appointment in Amelia, it sends emails and creates outlook calendar invites. But when someone creates a booking through the website, I only get the woocommerce confirmation and no emails/outlook calendar invites are received.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Emails not sending to employees/customers - test mail in notifications screen errors - see attached.
Outlook integration also not working.
Using Fluent SMTP plug-in.
Major impact on my business, both issues started in early April.

I changed to WP Mail and it looks like it is working now.
