Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
As I mentioned some weeks before, there is an issue on a button in Amelia. Annoyingly it wasn't corrected with the last update. It is located in the manage-events-form on the button with the pencil on it. Obviously it is tagged with the "cancel"-Text Tag (in german: "abbrechen"), but on this button it should have the meaning of: "go on forward to your cancellation" (in german: "stornieren"). Please correct this as soon as possible, because this - espacially in german - makes no sense and worries our customers on our side. Thanks in advance, Wilfried

Hello again,
I forgot to mention that we have a new 2.0 customer panel and soon there will be new 2.0 employee panel. Now there is a separate customize section for the rach panel and you can change the labels there. The old form are now outdated and they will not be maintained and developers any more. So there will be no changes on old form and panels and what you want to achieve it should be possible in the new 2.0 customer panel and you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel-2-0/.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
