Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
When attempting to create a new customer there is no drop-down option to automatically create a WordPress user.
It appears to be bugged out as the drop-down options with no option.
I've tried this on a few different websites running different versions of Amelia and there is no create new option.

Hello Jacob,
Please try to refresh the page a couple of times. Sometimes it needs a couple of seconds to load all the existing customers. You can also try closing the window and then opening it again. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't load properly, but we are aware that this an issue and we will work on fixing it for future updates.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hey Stefan,
Thanks - but I tried to do this on 3 different websites and browsers and it does not work at all.
Hello Jacob,
I see, can you please provide access to one of those websites so i can log in to take a look? Unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate the issue since it's working properly on our localhost.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Jacob,
Thanks for the credentials. You need to make sure that you enter the first and last name before expanding the Wordpress field
It does work when you enter the credentials first. This is because Wordpress needs to know which customer to make a Wordpress user for.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
