Hi I am having trouble getting Amelia to create a woocommerce order when our desk staff makes a manual booking through the backend.
I may have made a mistake when edditing the payment settings and now I cannot get the orders to be created in this istance. I only have one workflow right now. The others I created have not worked.
Thanks Sefan, Ive reconfigured everything and tried to get this to work in uncanny automator, and It does not seem to be possible to create a booking in amerlia, then have amelia create and order in woocommerce.
That's the goal, when our customers book a session in our store, we want our desk staff to be able to create an appointment in amelia, then go to orders and process it through woocommerce. We also use Square for in-store payments. Which is ok but there is no way to make a record of that in the site.
Unfortunately, when creating a booking manually, from the backend, there is no option to select the payment method. That means that the appointment will be always marked with "on site" payment method, but the appointment and the WooCoomerce order are only created when the booking is from the front end. You can basically create a Woo order manually as well, but as far as i know, there is no option to create a "connection" with the appointment, unless if its booked from the front end (via WooCoomerce)
