hi, we have a problem, we need to change availability of an employee, in example, John Doe starts working at 10:15 am, but system is not allowing us to change that parameter forcing us to change top 9:00 am
thnk you very much for your reply. We have been doing some test and this fix doesn't working because it changes duration of each service, we need blocks of 1:30 hr but when we change parameter it set duration of service to 15 mins.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you need to set the "Default time slot step" option to 15 minutes on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
