Please check if you can see the booking form on the front when you are logged in as admin. If you can then the reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Everything is fine. These are our old 1.0 booking forms and now we have new 2.0 booking as you can see. Old form are outdated and we wont be updating them so new features are not available on the old forms only on new ones.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
As we explained we have new forms and old form bot which you can use. Old form are outdated and they are being replaced with new forms. Events calendar is at this time available only with old 1.0 forms and soon we will be implementing new 2.0 event calendar booking form.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

I would really like not to disturb anyone. It would mean that everything works and we are all happy, both us customers and you suppliers. Sometimes, however, this is not the case and the customer is generally supported by the supplier. The customer is not always as expert as the supplier and often describes his problem in an unclear manner, so I understand that the supplier must make an extra effort to support the customer.
The open ticket talks about Calendar type view but you reply talking about booking form. This creates a bit of confusion for me. I spoke to my provider (who speaks Italian) who says that it cannot be due to their configuration. Having said this, I ask you, obviously if you want, to check what you see on the page https://centroschuster.it/prove-varie/ and if you confirm that it is NOT the responsibility of your plugin and/or its configuration I return to the provider because I have to solve the problem. The alternative is to look for another plugin. I am waiting for your response. Have a nice day.
We would love to help but we do not understand what the issue issue is. We asked you in our previous response do you have any issue? And if you do please explain to us in a little more detail what exactly the issue is. You can also send us a short one minute so that we can understand the issue better.
Problem is related to [ameliaevents type=calendar] shortcode usage.
In the suggested page https://centroschuster.it/prove-varie/ I inserted 4 short codes as [ameliaeventslistbooking], [ameliaevents type=list], [ameliabooking] and [ameliaevents type=calendar].
The first three short codes looks ok while for the last one "calendar type" the hourglass appears with the circle that turns (waiting activity) for a long time without any view.
Do you see same result or you see right responses for all 4 cases?
I do not have additional description. This is what happen at my site. (3 shortcode ok and 1 no).
We went on your site but we do not see any issues as you can see in the screenshot
In general you should not use old booking form son the same page as new booking forme since older ones uses vue2 and new ones uses vue3 so you should keep them separate in any case.
But please purge the cache form your device and browser or try from some other device but as you can see there is no issues on your site we an see all booking forms and we do not see any issues.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Unfortunately on our side things don't go that way. However, I discovered that by repeatedly clicking on reload and stop reloed page, after a while the page appears. I also tested with another provider and things didn't change, I changed the theme from NEVE to Twuenty Seventeen, I disabled most of the plugins without success. At this point I consulted my provider "register.it" who responded as follows:
Dear Customer,
Thanks for contacting us.
I'm sorry but I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause of the problem.
I analyzed the error log without finding reference as expected since the failure to load the calendar is due to a JS error.
The error in the console would perhaps indicate a file not being loaded correctly which however is not proven in the facts.
I tried disabling Varnish Cache but again no luck.
Did the problem also occur with the previous version of the plugin?
If you haven't already done so, I would suggest proceeding by activating a new theme and deactivating all the other plugins to check whether the problem is with the plugin itself or simply a conflict.
I remain available for further information or assistance.
At this point what happens really suggests a BUG in the plugin so I ask you, if possible, to investigate a little further and send me your suggestions.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this could be a conflict with another plugin using the same Calendar library. Can you send us a staging site so we can try to deactivate other plugins and do more tests?
Not sure if this will work or not for our developers so I will forward this to them and as soon as they send us feedback we will reach out to you again on this ticket.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that the calendar type of the event shortcode is only available in the premium licenses starting from the starter license.
I forgot to mention Iisues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that currently the old Event Calendar is incompatible with the new Event List shortcode. We did not understand that you are using both on your pages (event list in the popup button).
You should replace it with the old shortcode [ameliaevents type='list'], for them to be able to work together. This will not be a problem once the new event calendar is released. The old shortcodes will not be removed until all the new ones are out.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that on the site https://www.asdcentroschuster.it, the lite version of the Amelia plugin is installed, and the event calendar is not included in the lite version of the plugin.
I am using your plugin succesfully. Now I will like to show at front end the events in calendar style.
Page mentioned in above URL field is sipmle configured with [ameliaevents type=calendar] .shortcode.
You can see the result. Calendar is not loaded and I do not find the way to solve this problem.
Do you have any suggestion?
Many thanks
Carlo

What means "OUTDATE" for the last 4 views? It means that something in my installation is not properly done?
Thanks

Hi
this means that front view type "CALENDAR" is not more available as it appear only if "EVENTS" (outdated) is selected.
Is this right?
