We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm trying to work out how to avoid double bookings from unrelated groups when a service is under capacity.
I.e. we have a service/employee/space which can be booked for 1-4 people.
If a group of 4 books, that's fine, the time slot becomes unavailable.
If however, someone books for just 1, the time slot stays available, and someone else can book for up to 3 extra people. We don't want this.
I've tried using "Resources". Setting capacity to 1, and every possible combination of sharing, but nothing seems to work.
Basically, if a time slot is booked by a customer, even if well under capacity, it should be made unavailable.
Is there any way to acheive this?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, of course just go to settings appointment settings and turn on option allow booking below minimum capacity
After that as soon as one person books the time slot will close.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,

Thanks for your reply.
Actually, it seems that the opposite is true. It was necessary to turn off the option to get the desired effect.
But all working now so thanks.
Have a great day,
Simon
