Unfortunately, after the update, the packages booked by Wocomerce are no longer displayed in Amelia. I miss the option to share packages in the settings. I am sending two photos showing my problem. Best regards

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. I was able to test the packages. I've made a new booking with my test customer for a test employee using WooCoomerce. This is the confirmation window that i got after booking via WooCoomerce
I've booked a package "10er Karte für 2 Ukulistas"
Here is the confirmation email
Now, if i go to Packages and find the "10er Karte für 2 Ukulistas", you can see the name of my customer here, and the package has been bought
According to this, the configuration is correct, and everything is working properly so i couldn't reproduce the case. Perhaps you can give it a try one more time?
That's strange since it's the same window on my side showing a package booked by a customer. Have you tried clearing the browser cookies / cache, also WP cache?
I've done everything. At last Ioged in from other browser of an other device-the same blanket sreen. I don't know what is wrong. Now I hope a downgrade will help me. I will keeped you updated.
