1) Is it possible, from the wordpress dashboard, to book appointments for my clients and choose woocommerce (and the payment method, ex visa, paypal, etc) for them to pay? I tried to do this, but when booking the appointment there is no option to choose woocommerce, and so amelia assumes the payment method "on-site". As when my costumers book appointments for themselves on the website, I want to be able to choose woocommerce when booking from the dashboard and for them to receive the payment details.
2) When booking an appointment from the front-office (main website), If I'm logged in, the amelia form always assume the email of the logged-in user. Is it possible to not do this? And allow the user to insert a different email?
I activated the payment link option and added, to the pending email notification, the placeholder %payment_link_woocommerce% - I tested but when I receive the pending email, the part where the link is supposed to be is empty.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please note that you will also have to enable the payment link option for each service you want this to be available for. The option is located on the Amelia/Services/Settings page.
Hi! Two questions:

Hello Francisco,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. For that purpose, you will need to configure the payment link option in Amelia and also set the appointment to be on the pending status.
2. This is how it works when the customer is logged into WordPress and thus the email cannot be changed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
I activated the payment link option and added, to the pending email notification, the placeholder %payment_link_woocommerce% - I tested but when I receive the pending email, the part where the link is supposed to be is empty.
Do you know what can be happening?

Hello Francisco,
Thank you for the credentials.
Please note that you will also have to enable the payment link option for each service you want this to be available for. The option is located on the Amelia/Services/Settings page.
Please let me know if that helped you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
