Hey, i have set up the cancel URL in the e-mail notification, but the problem is that when I click the link in my test mail then the URL looks like this: http://cancel_url.com or something like that. And this is wrong right?
How do I need to do that? Or do i need to set up the customer panel?
You need only to insert % appointmnet_cancel_url% placeholder.
If you copy that placeholder from the list, you must edit and remove the "spacing" before and after "% appointment_cancel_url%" space.
And if you want to display the message 'You have successfully canceled your appointment', you need to create a page where it will be written and put that URL in Notification settings, in "Successful cancelation redirect url".
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
