    1. Please this appointment system is not complete if a customer can not book from the customer panel. How are we supposed to retain customers if they can not just log into their accounts and rebook their appointments or book a fresh one.

    2. Someone told me here that customers can not book services from the panel, but they can book packages... find attached screenshot for reference. Because of that, I spent my time creating 32 packages with single services. After this, booked a test appointment but when i got into the customer panel, there was still no way to book packages directly from the panel. 

    This is very frustrating.... I need help to achieve this please.

    Hello Emmanuel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. As my colleague already mentioned, customers can log in to the customer panel to book an appointment only from a package. This means that they can purchase a package from the front end and the login to the customer panel, where they can book an appointment for services that are part of the package. The "standard" booking of the appointments needs to be done through the booking form on the front end page. Once they book an appointment, they can log in to the same customer panel, where they can manage their appointments (schedule) and etc.

    The employees and the admins are the ones who have the control of creating new appointments. There is also employee panel, from where an employee can also manage the appointment (assigned to him). He can create new appointments, manage the existing ones and etc.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
