    Dear Amelia Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. Currently, I am managing three websites corresponding to branches of a pilates studio for one of my clients, all utilizing Amelia plugin version 7.4.1 in conjunction with WooCommerce version 8.5.2.

Over time, I've learned the importance of exercising caution when updating the plugin, choosing to wait for feedback to ensure a smooth experience devoid of bugs. However, with the recent release of Amelia 7.5, I've noticed several tickets, including public tickets #3626707 and #3628933, discussing a potential conflict seemingly stemming from changes within the WooCommerce plugin.

I am eager to ascertain whether this issue has been resolved or if it is actively being addressed. In the event of the latter, I would opt to await the forthcoming update of Amelia before proceeding further. Additionally, I came across ticket #3628933, which mentions that "this problem has been fixed with the hidden setting in the WooCommerce settings page." However, it is unclear what this hidden setting entails. Could you please provide clarification on this matter?

Furthermore, I'm in the process of developing a new website. Could you kindly provide recommendations or insights on this matter?  I also wish to continue utilizing payment integration through WooCommerce, Do you suggest using the latest versions of WooCommerce and Amelia?

Thank you for your attention to this inquiry. Your prompt response and assistance are greatly appreciated.

    Warm regards,

    Hello Carlos,

Thanks for reaching out to us. As you already noticed, WooCoomerce released an update with minor changes and apparently, there are some changes that needs to be done on our side. If you searched a bit on other tickets, you may find that issues like "empty cart" or "customer information not being transferred to WooCoomerce checkout" may occur. Of course, we are aware of situations like this, and we already fixed this issue with Amelia 7.5, as you can see in our changelog

Specifically, the ticket that you are referring to (hidden WooCoomerce settings) is related to the issue of Amelia not registering the customers after the booking. These are options that are made on user request, but i haven't been tested it and we would not recommend using it for now. We are yet to test this and confirm that i can be used as an option, so it can be released with the next update, as well. In cases when there are issues like this, it can be used to solve particular issues, but this was i consultation with developers.

With 7.5, all major issues are fixed, so certainly you can use latest Amelia 7.5 update for building a new website. As I previously mentioned in the changelog, here is the full list of bugs fixed and features added in Amelia 7.5.

    Kind Regards,
