Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi!
After updating WPDataTables plugin to v6.3.2, existing table data in Excel view is not visible, you can see only empty columns.
Number of columns and labels are correct, but values are missing.
Table type is manual.
PHP version is 7.4 (can't update it to PHP8 at this moment).
There are no errors in browser console.
I've double checked it on two different servers, both on PHP 7.4, one is live site, other is clone.
When I roll back to v6.3.1, data is visible.
Regards
Hi Elvis,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
I am able to reproduce it on 6.3.2 with new or old Manual Tables.
I can see all the data correctly in the Standard Editor, but when switching to Excel-Like View, all the rows look blank.
Our developers isolated the bug, and they'll add it to their queue for fixing.
They will do their best to build a fix as soon as possible.
We don't have an ETA on when the fix will be available, but please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog.
It will be stated there during updates which bug fixes have been implemented at each update. If they create a fix in between updates, I will make sure to send it to you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Elvis,
Our developers made a quick workaround fix as a temporary solution for the version 6.3.2, the fix should be added in our next update.
We are sending you the fix as two edited JS files (wdt.excelPlugin.js and wdt.excelPlugin.min.js) for our Plugin as an attachment.
Please extract them both from the 'files' zipped folder and replace/overwrite the existing ones via FTP or Hosting File Manager on your server, in the WordPress Plugins folder, in this path :
..\wp-content\plugins\wpdatatables\assets\js\wpdatatables
The fix works on all our Test websites.
Let me know how it goes.
If you need us to upload/overwrite these JS files for you, we will need remote WP-Admin access with Administrator credentials and FTP credentials.
If that is the case, please send me the URL of the Site where the issue is along with Administrator credentials and FTP Credentials ( For the FTP if you can also please write the path to your WordPress Folder).
You can send the access here just make sure to send it in a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons.
Thank you.
