I mean, lets suppose a video conference where you need a minimal quorum to run that event. So we would like to know if 20 people can book the same slot at time. If not, how we can achieve that with amelia? Tell me please if possible

Is there any possibilty in Amelia to have an option to rate Providers and bookings. I mean, i have a meeting with a coach, after the meeting can we have an option to rate that meeting based in starts or from 1 to 5, for instance?
Yes, of course, this is possible. You can create single and group bookings by setting minimum and maximum capacity for services or you can create events.
As for rating this is not possible at this time but it should be possible in the future we plan to add this option but we do not have an eta on this at this time.

Yes, if you enable them those option they can manage their services and capacity and book for the existing customers. But you as admin must first create those services on the backend they can only manage them but they can not create them.
