Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

Is it possible to collect additional customer details to be displayed on the customer page and also on the event attendees page?
So specifically - if a customer had a medical issue, we would like to capture that when they first sign up for a course, or register as a customer and have it stored in their profile, but also display it on the attendees list for each event.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am assuming you are referring to custom fields in Amelia. As custom fields are connected to appointments or events, there is no option to connect them directly to customers.

Collecting medical information on Customers, emergency contact details etc, would be very useful. We could add those customer fields to events, but then customers need to add them for each event booked which is a bad workflow.
Also we need to be able to view customers and their details booked into an event, like class registers.
Would you suggest this as a feature request pls.
