Apologies for the delayed answer. There is a special day configured for 02/05 for Natasha B. While her work hours are configured for Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, special day is configured from 6pm to 7pm to location Brentwood. If this is changed to the same location and the special day time period is extended, the other timeslots are displayed.
If you choose other Tuesdays, all timeslots are properly displayed according to location. You want to double-check the special day for 02/05.
Just to understand this correctly. Employee Natasha B has work hours configured for Thursday (2nd of May is on Thursday ), but even before adding a special day, not all timeslots (that should be available) were not displayed, neither from the backend nor front end?
I've checked the other Thursdays in the same month, and for example, for the 23rd of May, the timeslot does appear like this
booking system now allowing us to book appts when there is time available
example
Any service which is longer than 15 mins for employee Natasha B on 02/05/2024
natasha works 6pm until 8pm
she has 1 appt booked at at 7pm until 7:30
so she should have availability at
6pm
6:15
6:30
7:30
but it’s saying no appts available from front end and back end
