Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

We are offering 8 webinars. We also want to offer all 8 webinars togather into one package with a discounted price. These webinars will be held on zoom. Current situation is:

Along with individual events, we are offering one package which is created seperately for the same 8 webinars. if you visit the link, you will understand. But the issue currently we are facing:

Each webinar has fixed seats. So, if someone buy the package, the number of available seats in individual webinars are not reduced. So, can you give us any solution with which we can achive this? So when someone buy a package, he/she will automatically enlisted into all webinars?

    Regards

    Mohammad

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is only possible if you create these events as one event that will last 8 days like this for example

Events currently do not have packages feature so if you want to give your users automatic access to 8 events you need to create 1 events that will last 8 days. There is no other way except to add them manually to all other events that you have created.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
