When I edit a custom field in a saved appointment, then click save, we send a notification to the employee, but the custom fields are blank in that email notification.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. According to this test, all custom fields are working correctly
I've made a new appointment manually from the backend and then populated all the custom fields. This is the email that I've received on my test employee email.
I see now, you are referring to the "appointment details changed" template. I've tested this again. This is the initial email when you book a new appointment
All is good here, the pickup location and address is displayed properly.
This is the email that I received when I changed the appointment details in the backend
All good here, as well. All placeholders are displayed properly.
I've changed it one more time to different pickup location
Yet again, it's all good in the email
Not sure why i doesn't show on your side. Can you try again?

Yes, it works for new appointments, but it does not work correctly for existing appointments before I added the custom field (ID: 17)
See attached employee notification just sent. Pickup Location and Home Address are empty even though there is data in those fields for this appt.
