Hello, The download link in the email has expired, I clicked it several times and the download would start but fail before completing.
I have gone to my account to try and download it directly from there, but when I click download nothing happens, please tell me how I can download this plug in. I need this urgently as I am building a client website and I have a deadline.
I think the download link on the account is broken as I have tried 3 browsers, chrome, edge and firefox and none of them are working with the download link.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
