If you have an event with custom pricing and multiple categories over multiple days, and then try to copy that to a duplicate event, you can't remove all of the existing custom pricing categories on the new event (some can be removed, some can't). I've seen this a couple times and thought I'd put in a ticket.
Can you please provide a video showcasing this issue along with the WP admin credentials?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
