Lo clientes registrados, cuando piden restablecer la contraseña, se le envia el mensaje predeterminado del acceso al panel de clientes pero, no se como se configura para que puedan cambiar establecer una contraseña y poder acceder a su pefil. Me pueden ayudar con esto?
que tengo que introducir aqui para que a los clientes les llegue la opcion de meter su propia contraseña? explicarme toda la configuracion necesaria para tenerlo en cuenta gracias.

In the Notifications template, at the bottom, there is a Customer Panel notifications template where you need to add the placeholder with the URL of the page containing the customer panel. You can find more information regarding configuration on this link.
There are two options in the User Role settings. In the Customer panel, there is an option called "require a password for log in". If this is enabled, the customers will get an option to enter their credentials (username and password) on the page where the customer panel is located. If this is not enabled, then the access link will be sent.

Hola no se como explicarselo para que me entienda. cuando el cliente le da ha "He olvidado mi contraseña" le llega el correo al cliente con el link de la pagina donde esta el panel de clientes, hasta ahi perfecto, pero cuando le da al link el aparece el mismo panel no le redirecciona a ningun sitio para que pueda incluir una nueva contraseña para poder ingresar como habitualmente tendria que ser, ese es el fallo que esta habiendo. Y ahora al borrar el link que ya tenia introducido y meter el marcador de posicion, %customer_panel_url% ahora al mandar el correo de prueba me da error cuando antes si me mandaba sin problema los mensajes. Puede ser por la configuracion del wp crontrol? para los eventos cron?

Ellos me dijeron que no bloqueaban las notificaciones enviadas a traves de stpm y me dieron unas posibles causas que verifique y al hacer las modificaciones que me dijeron, y entrar en mi perfil me comentaron que ellos al ser un proveedor externo en este caso google, que ellos no me podian dar asistencia

I was referring to this hosting provider since this provider is also responsible for the configuration of the server and there might be a configuration that is preventing the notifications from being sent. ya esta actualizado, de todas formas si restauro la pagina al punto donde yo creo que empezo a falla cuando instale wpcrontol, se borrarian las citas de amelia?
