Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Dear Amelia-Team

First of all: amelia rocks!! I have amelia embedded under https://gabrieldesign.swiss/mitarbeiterfotos/, but I would like not to show the prize during the booking-process, because this is a B2B-solution and I have a special contract first with a company with an agreement about the prize. Now, I just want to have the possibility to hide the prize, because employees do not have to know the prize of our photography service. Is there a way to do that? Thanks for your help!
    Kind regards
    Gabriel

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. If you set the price of the service then this price will show on the booking form. Since you you have contract and you have set the price in that way then we advise you that in Amelia you set the price to 0 then the price will not show and the payment step will be skipped. This is the only to hide the price on all steps. Hope this helps in case it does not we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
