We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    I have a few questions:

    1. When booking an apt and when the pop up shows up, you pick a date and then you continue to next step and the First Name/Last Name etc show up, it looks like you cannot change to next field by pressing the tab key, you have to click on it. Can you please check it out?
    2. When booking a package selection, there is this timezone info showing up, is there a way to hide it? I was able to do it on the regular service booking in the settings but I don't see an option to remove it when booking a package?
    3. When adding custom fields, is there a way to add a placeholder?
    4. When adding custom fields, is there a way to add a default value, like for radio button or dropdown or any field in particular?
    5. Why there isn't an option to allow the same customer, with the same email book the same appointment at the same time, 2, 3, 4+ times. There should be option to choose to opt-in knowing possible consequences.

    Hello Milos,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

This option will be implemented in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment.

    2. Please provide me with the URL of that page and I will hide it for you.

    3. 4. Unfortunately, there are currently no such options with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

    5. Thank you for your suggestion. Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page

to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
