Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
It's been almost a year since Amelia has gone live on the website, and it has been of great help.
Basis our experience so far, we want to add features to the appointment booking system.
1. We want the employees to see all the client names (maybe arranged alphabetically), the details of their appointments etc.
2. We want them to be able to see the details of the packages booked and know how many appointments are left in the package.
These are just some features which will enhance the experience for the employees and clients.
What is the way to achieve this through Amelia? Are there any resources you can point me towards to understand this better?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. What you want at achieve is not possible at this time.
In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Hello Marko
I was wondering if any of what we are trying to achieve can be done by getting an Elite license and having access tot he developer tools?
Hello again,
Unfortunately, we can not. We do not have a free trial for Amelia. The only way to test this is ti acquire an Elite license and test it and if this does not suits your need in any case you can ask for a refund within 15 days. This is the only way Im afraid.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

In that case, can you extend the trial period to 30 days so we can test it out at our end?
