When an employee signs into his account on the employee panel, he should only be able to access the services assigned to him, not those assigned to any other employees, right?
In the attached screenshot #1, we use one employee, Charles Clark, as an example. We only assigned his classes as services to him, not the other service "Eva Wang's classes".
But when Charles signs into his account on the employee panel, he not only can see classes assigned to him but also those assigned to the other employee, Eva Wang.
This is a problem for us. We want each employee only be able to access the services assigned to him.
Yes, that's correct. By default, an employee can only see the appointments that have been assigned to him.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. Since the option "manage their services" is enabled in User Role settings, the employee can assign him to all services that are available in Amelia. If you disable this option in User Role settings, the employee wont able to manage this part, thus he wont be able to see these services.
You can find more information regarding the user roles on this link.
