I want to adjust all customer services so I can choose the last one to be 7:15 PM. How do I do this? My services have different average times, for example: service A has a working time of 20 minutes. , service B takes 50 minutes, service C takes 1 hour 30 minutes...
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can configure the work hours for each employee is employee settings. That being said, the timeslots that are going to be visible on the frontend, depend on the combination of service duration and employee work hours. To give you an example, if the service duration is 1h and the employee work hours are configured from 09 - 17, then the timeslots will be displayed like this 09 - 10, 10 - 11, 11 - 12 and etc.
You can configure the timeslots and assign the service to each timeslot for each day of the week, here
No, you misunderstood me, my opening hours during the week are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., I have many services with different opening times from A 20 minutes, B 30 minutes, C 1 hour ,D 1 hour 30 minutes..., I want customers to be able to make their last booking at 7:15 pm for all services, if I set the time for service A to have the last booking is 7:30, my service B is 7:20, it's not uniform like the other services, I tried to adjust for each service but the time is hidden. Is there any way to unlock it or is it possible? using javascript to achieve that, I have 2 3 of my customers all need this feature
This is happening because all services have different service durations. If one employee is assigned to all services with the same work hours, there would be differences since service duration is not the same for each service. The timeslot availability is based on the employee's work hours. I guess you can make different employees for each service and then configure the work hours.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the credentials. Let me try to explain. You have 10 employees in total but all these employees are assigned to all services. Your services don't have the same duration, which means even if you configure one employee work hours according to your needs, it won't be applied in the same way to all services. To give you an example, if service A has a duration of 1h and the employee work hours are configured so that the last appointment is 19:15, it won't be the same for service that has a duration of 30 minutes. You need to have all services with the same duration or separate employees for each service since the timeslots are directly dependent on the employee work hours.

How can I affect the plugin using javascript? I see on https://wpamelia.com/js-hooks-booking/ there is but it seems unclear
Thank you very much, I will test it, if it doesn't work I will go back to your previous suggestion
You are welcome, son.
Please, feel free to open a new ticket regarding any other questions or issues and we will kindly assist.
