Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the access. I've created a new customer and the package is not displayed in the Customer Panel, but, unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the case on our local host. 

The package is displayed in our localhost properly

The strange thing is that the packages are not displayed in macOS only. Perhaps clearing a cache / cookies, WP deep cleaning cache or trying different browsers could help?

Thanks for the video, but unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the case. I've tested on our localhost which also has the latest version of Amelia 7.5. 

The packages are always visible in the customer panel. Have you tried clearing the cache / cookies already? 

Would you be able to provide the staging site with WP admin access for further troubleshooting?

I understand, but even after a couple of tries, i wasn't able to reproduce the use case. Even the developers / QA team have tried to reproduce it, but the packages are always visible. My colleagues also confirmed that they haven't seen this issue reported, so far. Perhaps, you can give us the link to the ticket with a similar issue?

What we can do i ask you to provide the staging site or duplicate, so we can troubleshoot it more. Perhaps there is a conflict with the other plugins.

Apologies for the delayed answer and thanks for the access. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the use case on the staging site, as well. Here is how it looks in the customer panel for a new customer that I've made for testing 

This is new customer that I've made 

So, the package was booked from the booking form and then i logged in as a test customer to the Customer Panel. As you can see, the package is visible there.
