How u doing,
I'm kinda new here and testing out the software and ran into an error with the booking form. As I was finishing up the booking, I clicked continue and said " Time Slot Not Available' (error-times.jpg)
Then I realized that I had selected 2:00AM-3:00AM (error-times2.jpg)
I actually thought it was 2:00PM because my default Working hours are set to 12:00-24:00.
help please!
Also in the calendar view, I would like to know if it is possible to disable the times not used in grey. I don't need to see nothing.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
First when you do a test booking make sure that you do it from the incognito mode to avoid creating role conflict.
Second work hours of the service depend on that you have set in employee modal in work hours so please check that.
Last check if you have enabled option so that you show booking time slot in customer time zone. Amelia check the time zone that is set on your device and if they are not the same this will show you different time slots.

I don't know what those error times were about but all seems to work now.
You mentioned work incognito mode, I wasn't even aware of that. Is that something I can set in Amelia or it through wordpress?
