Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello,
we are trying to configure 3 services that they have different durations and they should nbot be able to run the same time. Let me explain better.
A, B, C are the three services.
A has duration of 60', B 90' and C of 120'
Also, A has a capacity of 40 people, B of 8 and C of 8
If, for example a user make a booking for service A, at 9:00am of 24th of April, this service will end at 10:00am 24th of April. The booking is for 12 people.
During this time i need two things.
First, to not be able to book ANY people for events B and C
Second, for more people in the future to be able to book for service A, as its capacity is not filled and it can book 28 more people.
I think I have figured out everything i need from Amelia, just this is still something im not sure how to setup
Thank you!!
Hello John,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you can take a look at the Resources feature in Amelia.
This would work perfectly for your needs.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,

We have purchased the Pro plan, we have created a resource. But it is not very clear to us on how we are able to set up Amelia the way we have previoulsy described.
Could you please help us with that? Its quite confusing :/
Hello John,
I will have to perform checks on your website and let you know how it needs to be set up.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Uros,
thank you for your reply.
We are trying to setup the booking mechanism on a local installation of the website.
So unfortunately we do not really have a way to let you in.
Also, we need to setup the plugin on the live website after we check that it works as we want to on the local installation. Which this means that we need to know the way to set it up first and do it once more on the live.
Could you help me by guiding through the process how we are going to be able to set it up properly?
Thank you in advance!
Hello John,
Thanks for reaching back out to me.
Here is how it needs to be done, the resource has to be assigned to all three services.
The quantity has to be set to 1.
And the "Resource quantity is shared among the selected items" option needs to be enabled as well.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
