Looks like this issue is coming from a conflict with another plugin or theme. I've just checked the appointments backend on our localhost and it doesn't show any "advertisement". You can hide this with CSS code, but you would need an additional plugin called "admin CSS MU".
Is it showing for all appointments or just this one?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi Stefan, our programmer has hidden the message by css. Now it doesn't appear, but it's very strange, isn't it? If you know why and can fix it anyway, go ahead. Thanks
Great. Well, since it has been hidden now, I'm not able to see it, but honestly, it's the first time seeing it. Not so many reports regarding this issue, if any. The only issue that comes to mind is that is coming from the custom fields, but it would be present under custom field information. And with all the default stuff, on our localhost, i wasn't able to reproduce the case. Of course, if it happens again, I'm going to make sure that i forward this to the developers.
In case if you have any other questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us.
Hi Stefan, although we have hidden the advertising message by css, it no longer appears in wordpress, but it does appear in the shortcode that the "workers" see. I attach a screenshot.
You say that it may be because of the custom fields... we don't think this is the case, because these fields have existed for a long time and it didn't appear before.
Besides, there are no custom fields in the shortcode.
Thanks for the additional information. Is this happening for all employees or just for a particular employee? As per the screenshot, i can see that this is visible in the employee panel. I would need the employee panel access for that particular employee, but before that, can you please update to Amelia 7.5?
Also, this could be an issue because of the conflict with other plugins. Can you deactivate the other plugins except Amelia and see if this information still exist? My wild guess is that this could also come from the service description. I've just checked and I've couldn't find any extra description, but you can give it a double-check.
ello, we have noticed that in the appointment information, there is now an advertisement for "event booking".
This distracts from the information we want our staff to read (the notes). Please, how can we remove it?
Thank you

Hi Stefan, the problem happened with all employees.
We ruled out that it was an incompatibility with another plugin, as we have not installed any other plugin and this problem did not appear before.
But before asking you for more support, we have installed the new version of Amelia and the problem has disappeared :-)
Therefore, we close this support.
Thank you very much!
Hello Carles,
