    Hey,

    I really fell in love with Amelia. Great job! I'd like to address a few things:

    1. Visibility of Service description - Can't see the descriptions of the service on frontend.

    2. Design of Service selector dropdown - Can you enable a setting to have the a stacked design of the dropdown on desktop basically the same as on mobile? Don't like the design of having it on the right covering it and making long service names not fully visible.

    3. Change "How many people join you?" to "How many total participants?" - Please make it possible to enter the total sum of participants (user included). A setting to choose between those two version would be nice.

    4. Different price settings for different weekdays. f.e. charge 5€ extra on weekends.

    5. Show booked extras in Google Calender and email notifications - Is there any placeholder for this?

    6. Make it possible to enable that one employee can serve more than one booking or just book appointments with no employees assigned.

    Thanks

    Steven

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have questions or issues or suggestions ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Thank you for understanding.

    1. Visibility of Service description - Can't see the descriptions of the service on frontend. - You can see it in catalog booking form

    2. Design of Service selector dropdown - Can you enable a setting to have the a stacked design of the dropdown on desktop basically the same as on mobile? Don't like the design of having it on the right covering it and making long service names not fully visible. - Unfortunately, no. mobile view must be narrow so this should look like that. If some services are to long and they break on the desktop you can expand the form via css

    3. Change "How many people join you?" to "How many total participants?" - Please make it possible to enter the total sum of participants (user included). A setting to choose between those two version would be nice.  - No, this will not be possible since it would require rewriting most of the code and Amelia logic and for most users this option wont work.

    4. Different price settings for different weekdays. f.e. charge 5€ extra on weekends. - This possibly will be developed in the future but we can not make any promises. You can set this now in this way.

    You need to have 2 employees that will work on the same service and they can different prices for the same service.

    So, employee A is working on that service for example from 09 to 15 and the price for that employee is 50$.

    And then you can have employee B that is working on that same service for example from 15 to 17 and the price for that employee is 70$.

    We plan to implement this option in Amelia in the future but for now, this can be achieved in this way.

    Also. you can hide the employee choice if you do not need it in customize section like this

    5. Show booked extras in Google Calender and email notifications - Is there any placeholder for this? - User or appointment details can be displayed in Google Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in Event Description filed that you can find in settings/integrations/Google Calendar

    9096501225.png

    There you can choose which detail will appear in your Google Calendar.

    Hope this helps.

    6. Make it possible to enable that one employee can serve more than one booking or just book appointments with no employees assigned. - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. And most likely will never be implemented as mentioned this would require rewriting the complete Amelia so this would be like designing completely new plugin.

    Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.

    We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Hello Marko,

    thank you so much! Sorry, I didn't know to open a booking for each question, I will definitely do this with future inquires.

    Your info helps. Some questions regarding your reply:

    1. Is there any custom workaround or shortcode to implement it into the Step by Step 2.0 Booking?

    2. How can I widen it via css? Do you have the class, that needs to be targeted?

    5. I found this option, but don't see the placeholder for "extras".

    Thanks

    Steven

    Hello agian,

    1. This is only possible if you use our new catalog booking form like this

    9789757565.png

    This can not be shown on step by step form I am afraid

    2. Yes, this can be set for desktop but not for mobile. Our support does not fully provide customization solutions, but we can try to provide some basic CSS in situations like this.

    For manipulating the width of the "outer Booking container", you can try this CSS:

    .amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container.am-fs__wrapper {    max-width: 1200px !important;    width: 100%;    height: 560px;    margin: 99px auto;    border-radius: 8px;    box-shadow: 0 30px 40px #0000001f;
    }

    For example, on our Demo page, if I add that CSS, the outer container expands like this :

    3146601994.png

    Just the background color we set is transparent, so it is not very visible on our page,

     but that width can be changed like that.

    -

    Now, if you also wish to manipulate this "inner Booking container width", you can use this CSS selector :

    .amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container .am-fs__main {        max-width: 1200px;    width: 100%;
    }

    If I add that to our Demo, here is the result :

    5856364923.png

    As you see, we have successfully changed the width this way.

    The main property to edit is "max-width" with a fixed pixel value.

    5. You can find it like this

    7677735761.png
    7234331449.png

    This should help.
