Can you please open the browser's Developer console and check under the Network Tab?

Keep the Network Tab open, refresh the Page and check if you can find any error message in red color text?

It is possible if your Hosting Server is perhaps blocking the table's Admin-Ajax call if this table uses our server-side processing, so an error like 403 could explain it.

Or, if you can see a Bad JSON response, or anything like that.

Let me know if that helps to isolate the issue?

If you can't isolate it, we can remote in.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
