Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hey Team,
I am trying to set up a 2.5hour appointment that is available daily between
12pm to 2:30pm
3pm to 5:30pm
7pm to 9:30pm
How would I go about this?
If I put in breaks from 2:30pm to 3pm for my staff member then I lose the first two slots as the break overrides. and time increments are 30 minutes so I cannot find a way around this. Looking forward to your suggestions on this one.

Hello Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
You would need to change the default timeslot step in General settings. By default, it is configured to 30 minutes, but you change it according to your needs.
Of course, let me know if you have any other questions or issues.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Dave,
You are welcome. Unfortunately, the calculation of the total number of customers is always configured to include the initial customer as +1. That means that Amelia will always calculate the customer who is booking an appointment plus the number of other customers that are coming with him. This is because there are cases where the customer is only booking an appointment for himself, and Amelia calculates this. Currently, there is no option to change this, but you can suggest this as an improvement here.
Regarding the pricing, the price that you configure in service settings will always be present, unless if you configure the custom pricing and duration. The pricing can be changed (multiplied) only if you select the option when the customer brings more people with him. In that case, the pricing can be multiplied for each additional customer.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
