Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I run an in-home care business and we're working towards using the Amelia plug in.  However, upon figuring out how to avoid the 30 min buffer between appointments I realized there may be an issue the booking of multiple clients booking the same time blocks as other clients with other employees.  When I create test clients and try to book multiple bookings all on the same day but with different clients paired with different employees, the time's book are blocked.  Is there a fix for this or am I just missing a setting?

Also,  is there a way to turn off the 30 min buffer for clients as I do have 24/7 clients.  I thought I had it figured out but I was wrong.

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you have a service with minimum and maximum duration set above 1, and the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" is enabled in Appointment settings, then the customers will be able to book the same timeslot until the maximum capacity is reached. In other case, if the minimum and maximum capacity is set to 1, then the customers will only have the option to book the timeslot juce once.

The buffer time can be configured to service only, which means that it will be applied to whatever service you configure. You can configure or disable this option in Service settings, when configuring duration and pricing.
