Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi
I have used Amelia before for another website, so are looking to use again for a different website.
I am currently using the FREE version, and have set up the Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0.
This is on a Wordpress website using WPBakery Page Builder.
The form displays and works ok when I'm logged in to the WP admin backend, but doesn't display when I'm logged out? So users won't see the form.
Is Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0. available using the FREE version? Or do we need to upgrade?
Thanks
Stephen
Hello Stephen,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The lite version has some limitations, but the step-by-step booking form shortcode is available for usage.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Let us know if it works when you check
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan
Thanks for your reply.
I have discovered that the Siteground Caching Plugin seems to affect this, as when we disable it the Amelia plugin works.
However, we do need that plugin for the speed and functionality, so unfortunately I'm unable to us the Amelia plugin, which is a shame.
Thanks
Stephen
Hello Stephen,
You can try different caching plugins such WP Rocket or Speed Optimizer, or exclude Amelia from caching on this installed plugin. Almost all caching plugins have the option to exclude the files / URL's from caching.
