Hello everyone, I have a problem with the packages. If I carry out a chargeback for a purchased package, the customer can reassign the dates in the customer panel despite the chargeback. How can I make sure that the purchased package is marked as canceled in the customer panel and that no more appointments can be booked for it? As it is now, the customer can get their money back and then reschedule the appointments free of charge.

Hi. Not amelia support but saw this and I can answer because i had to do the same. to fully cancel the package you have to go to services > packages > look for type of package and click on manage packages. Filter by customers name and you will see a red button “cancel”.
this will remove the package from the customer panel
