How can I add an inventory/stock of products to website

Amelia is not designed for inventory/stock of products so there is not such option.
What you can set in Amelia is the capacity of people that can attend an appointment and this you can set in edit service maximum capacity
This way only 10 people can book this appointment for that time slot.
