Hi. I have just updated to the new customer panel and have noticed an issue with the information about the package.
One of our packages has a total of 2 appointments which can be booked for 6 services. This means, that customer will choose which 2 services they want to take.
It is showing 0/12 Appointments Booked insteadd of 0/2 appointments booked right under the duration information. When clicked on each services is shows correctly, 0/2 Appointments booked.
Looks like the total appointments are being multiplied by the number of service in the packages because our other package for example contains 5 total appointments for 6 services and it says 0/30 appointments booked.
Please see screenshot attached.
Also, is there a way to remove the "Warning" about the expiry. The expiry warning is visible from day one the package was purchased but the package expires after 2 motnhs so is clearly there is no need to count down days this early. I would either like to disable this warning but wasn't able to find the option for it, or make this warning show if there is 10 days or less left for the package duration.
And more thing.... When trying to book an appointment from packages no matter what service is chosen, what time slot or what employe it always gives "Time slot unavailable" message. See screenshot. When I changed back to the old customer panel, everything works fine.
And one more issue after the update.... Booking an appointment from a package through admin backend doesn't not save... We click save, but the booking screen stays open and doesn't save the booking
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention following the recent update to the customer panel. Let's address your concerns:
Appointment Display in Packages: The current display of appointments in packages is indeed based on the total number of services included, which may cause confusion. Rest assured, we acknowledge this discrepancy and are already working on a solution to ensure accurate representation of appointments in packages. We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes.
Expiry Warning: To address the expiry warning display, could you please provide us with the URL of the booking page? Once we have this information, we'll be able to provide you with custom CSS code to hide the warning until 10 days or less remain for the package duration. This will ensure a more user-friendly experience for your customers.
In regards to the other two issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello Uros, thank you for your reply. I will get back to you later with the credentials to the staging site because we have other severe issue with amelia and woo that needs to be sorted first. Thank you.
