Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
We decided to use Amelia on our website and integrated it with WooCommerce for payments. However, this caused Amelia's email notifications to stop working. We attempted to solve this by disabling all WooCommerce email notifications, but it didn't help. In fact, after turning off WooCommerce's email notifications, we stopped receiving emails from both systems altogether. Is there a solution to restore Amelia's notifications while still keeping WooCommerce for payments?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There is no issue with WooCommerce and Amelia notifications so we do not think that this is related.
Please inspect the Amelia notifications page and then try to send test mail and in network section you should see the error. Once you get this please send us a screenshots so that we can take a closer look.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

I have the same issue, if they buy with Amelia me and the customer don't receive notifications… But if the cost is 0, the notifications are sent ok
Hello Borja,
This sounds like a totally different issue so please open a separate ticket and there you can send us a short one minute video of the issue because if the appointment is booked and all notification are enabled properly (approved, pending, etc) they should be sent. The notifications have nothing to with the price that is set.
Kind regards.
