Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    hi,

I’ve set up Google Calender sync with Google meet on my website.

I used the email address [email protected] to set this up. When I book in with Jackie, I get a Google meet invitation.

when I book in with any other employee, I don’t get a Google meet invitation.

I need a Google meet invitation per appointment as it’s an online digital service, how can I set this up please?

    thanks

    Hi,

sorry further to this, I was able to connect Google in the back end but when trying on the front end, I get firstly an error saying the app hasn’t been verified by Google and then when I go through anyway and connect, it just goes back to the dashboard without connecting the calendar.

My frontend dashboard link is in the authorised URLs, but it still doesn’t connect.

How can I fix this please?

    thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you use the front-end Employee panel and want to allow employees to connect their Google calendars from there, you also need to add the full URL of the page where you have the front-end Employee panel, as well. Please make sure to include the whole URL, with the closing ” / ” included, as shown in the screenshot below (“staff-portal” redirect URI).

Please note that with the latest update from Google, your website will need to be HTTPS, and adding URIs with HTTP will not work. Changing the App’s status to “Testing” will cause your employees to disconnect from their connected Google Calendar every day or two, so this is not recommended action.
