Unfortunately, I have some bugs with Amelia. In the backend, when I click for example on "Notifications" it seems like it is loading the content, but it never finishes loading. Same goes for Events, Dashboard and probably most other areas.
When I try to change a setting, for example a setting under "Settings", for example a notification setting, after clicking on "Save", a small window pops up in the upper left giving me error messages like "e.data.data is undefined".
I already tried reinstalling the Plugin, I deleted the directory via FTP and uploaded the new updated folder, it didn't help. I've had these bugs for a few weeks now but it seems like it's getting worse.
I use Avada theme and several Plugins like Axeptio, Burst Statistics, Yoast SEO.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
By the way, customers told me they had problems while booking and there was one day where the same client names appeared like 5-7 times in the same event. That seems to have stopped on it's own, but maybe it's a related problem?
As I do not like performing these changes on the live website, can you please provide me with the staging website access and I will assist you with this?
We fixed the custom fields. An iFrame element was added as a label to one custom field, which broke the JavaScript flow after receiving a response from the server. As for the settings issue, there is no response at all after clicking on "save." We will need FTP access so we can debug this and check what is causing the issue.
Regarding the issue with saving settings on the settings page, we found that there is some unusual definition code present in your wp-config.php file. After removing this code, the settings functionality started working properly. If you or your developer did not intentionally add this code, it's advisable to contact your hosting provider to investigate further, as it could potentially be malicious content.
