Is there a way to only display the services available without first having to hover over the categories? Many of the clients are confused about selecting the services when they overlook the categories first. They would prefer to just list the services to select and not have to hover over each of the categories first.

You can for example create a separate page for each category and then you can show only services for that category. Hope this helps.
