I have no idea since when this issue is but my scheduled notifications that used to work are not being send anymore. I updated Amelia, Wordpress and all my plugins. Before this issue I used to have a cron task from my hosting provider that work perfectly. I tried to use WP Control today but it doesn't fix my problem. I tried to test my Cron manually and I still get the right message but no notification are send.
1. Amelia can not delete anything on her own so someone must deleted them and make sure that page translator is not enabled then notification can disappear but they come back when you return to original page language and refresh the page
2. We can only help with regular notification and that only in case that you are using SMTP settings. So please check if your regular notification are working. If the regular notifications do not work we would need to log in and have a look.
But if the are working and the issue is only with cron for this you need to reach out to your hosting provider. Reminder notification are set on the server and this must be set by hosting not by us. Also just to mention that we had several cases where hosting reported that everything was fine when they test but it is not sent (this can not be Amelia issue since it is set on the server) so hosting must try 3 or 4 different combinations until they set the correct one that will actually send live cron notification.
