Hello, We have a professional account. Our client has several locations with very distinct services between each location. I would like to link each service to a different location, but all the services are in the same location. How can I do this?
The boss handles a lot of tasks. In this example, he does not only cupping, but also cryotherapy. Do I need to create a "Boss Cryotherapy" profile and a "boss cupping" profile to do this properly?
Each employee needs to be assigned to a default location:
However, when you access the Work Hours tab of the employee, you can assign all your locations to your employee's work hours, or you can freely select multiple locations depending on the day:
This way, your employee will be assigned to all locations you've created, but when a customer books an appointment on one of these locations, all other locations will be blocked during this time.
Hi Uros, unfortunately, the problem is still there.
In my example, I've set the default location to Cupping Therapy. I've selected only cupping therapy and related services in the assigned services (8) and work/day tab (9).
If I add services linked to another location, on the person in charge of Cupping Therapy. This other service, which has nothing to do with Cupping, appears in Cupping (10).
the only solution for the moment was to create a profile for each location. And therefore to create e-mail addresses, addressemail+1, addressemail+2 (in the case of a single employee working at several locations).
There would be another solution for the same email for multiple employees and that is as follows:
All Amelia's users are saved in the database, and databases don't allow multiple users to have the same email.
The only way you can do this is through the database, so you'd need to navigate to the wp_amelia_users table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_users table). Then, go to the Structure of that table, and drop the "email" index:
After that, go back to the table (click on "Browse" in the top left of the screen above), and manually change the email addresses of all your "providers". You cannot do this from within Amelia, though, so if you were to add a new employee, you would need to save that employee with a dummy email address, then navigate back to wp_amelia_users and change his email in the database.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you need to assign a specific service and location to the work hours period of an employee on the Amelia/Employees/Work hours page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

OK I see.
I created 2 employees.

In my case, the boss manages cupping, hydo and cryo, and I've put his tasks and locations on his profile.
So I'd like to have
-Location : Belgium Cryo, Category: Cryo
-Belgium Cupping : Category: massage, hijama, cupping.
-Belgium Hydro : category: Hydro.
What should I do? Since the same profile manages all these services?
