Yes, the email can be changed, of course. Do you have access to [email protected]? If that's the case, please send us an email to [email protected] from the email that was used during the purchase of the plugin. ([email protected])

The content should be that you agree that the ownership will be transferred and indicate to which email we should change it. ([email protected])

When we see that email, we will make the transfer of the email address and we will reply to the email to notify the change.

The purchase code along with all the other credentials are sent to the email that has been used during purchase, so in this case it went to [email protected]

For the third problem, that screenshot means that you have the Lite ( free) Plugin version installed.
